Neighborhood description: Our home is just 3.5 miles (7 minutes) from the Southwest Georgia Regional Airport and midway between the airport and downtown making it easy access for people spending time in Albany during the week or guests flying in or out. Experience Albany like a local! In general this section of Albany is older, but looks does not relate to crime. Our area is not upper class or the suburbs, though the house is well kept. It is in a TYPICAL working class neighborhood with some diversity. The home is comfortable, clean, and secure in a lively neighborhood if you don’t mind the Albany urban, residential, city life. Don’t forget to say hello to the neighbors, they don’t bite!
